Kane AJ et al. – Surgery confirmed malignant infiltration of the ureters by metastatic lobular carcinoma in both patients, suggesting that new unexplained bilateral hydronephrosis on serial CT in patients with breast cancer is likely to reflect infiltrative retroperitoneal involvement of the ureters by metastatic lobular carcinoma.
