Johannsen S et al. – Patients with neuromuscular disorders undergoing anaesthesia are at risk of various complications due to muscular weakness and the involvement of other organ systems. This article reviews the anaesthetic approach with regard to preoperative considerations and perioperative management in this heterogeneous group of patients.
