Lin CY et al. – Croup is common in children but recurrent croup is unusual. A 4–year–11–month–old boy presented with recurrent croup. Physical examination revealed decreased breath sounds over left lower chest. Chest x–ray disclosed segmental atelectasis over left lower chest and a mass shadow over mediastinum.
