Oztekin O et al. – Sclerosing hemangioma of the lung is an uncommon benign tumour that usually presents as an asymptomatic solitary nodule and affects middle age women. The authors report a case of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma with extremely unexpected imaging findings and review the literature.
