Singh VP et al. – Music and PMR are effective in reducing anxiety and dyspnoea along with physiologic measures such as SBP, PR and RR in two sessions in COPD patients hospitalized with exacerbation. However, reductions in the music group were greater compared to the PMR group.

Human body is nature's masterpiece. Nature itself symbolises music,tranquility and relaxation. Anxiety is a disorder of human body where there is disturbance between normal resonance of body and mind. It is hard to believe that we exhausted every possible chemical to cure this ailment but not the one which is actual cure from nature's own factory for free. Nature has a hint that thou my children, come close to me and listen to my tunes. You are my part and bring your pace down to me and then you would be able to feel the real state of body and mind.
