Herrag M et al. – Rhinoscleroma is a chronic infectious disease caused by Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis. It initially involves the nasal cavity and can occasionally extend to the rest of the upper respiratory tract. The authors report a case of rhinoscleroma involving both the larynx and the tracheobronchial tree, presenting with recurrent respiratory infection.
