Provencio M et al. – The hemogram on d 8 could potentially be avoided in patients with metastatic NSCLC.

• Retrospective analysis of 180 metastatic NSCLC patients txd with cisplatin + vinorelbine
• 42.2% adenocarcinomas and 36% squamous cell carcinomas

• Of 750 cycles, 2% were canceled or the dose was reduced due to hematologic toxicity
• Among patients < 70 y of age, with no previous do modifications, the likelihood ob henmatologic toxicity on d 8 was 0.8%
