Kim SJ et al. – BElotecan is relatively active and well-tolerated as a single agent in patients with extensive stage (ED) SCLC.
Methods- 62 patients with previously untreated ED SCLC
- Belotecan (0.5 mg/m2/d iv qd x 5d x 3w)
- ORR was 53.2%
- Median OS was 10.4 mos
- Median TTP was 4.6 mos
- 1 y survival was 49.9%
- The most common was hematologic
- Grade 3/4 neutropenia occurred in 71.0%
- Grade 3/4 thrombocytopenia occurred in 12.9%
