Smith AM et al. - The physician consultant may advise employers on workplace interventions needed to minimize effectively an affected employee's exposure to a causative agent or condition, and what measures are required to prevent new cases of WRA. Although allergen immunotherapy has a putative role in treating and preventing WRA caused by HMW sensitizers, further study is needed.
