Muth G et al. - The author report the case of a patient with suspected cardiac sarcoidosis. Because of implanted defibrillator leads, magnetic resonance imaging was not possible. CT imaging may be an alternative diagnostic tool to visualize late enhancement in patients with contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging.
