Lower EE et al. - Fatigue is a common complaint in patients with sarcoidosis. We studied the effectiveness of dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride (d-MPH) in treating sarcoidosis-associated fatigue. Treatment with d-MPH was associated with a significant improvement in sarcoidosis-associated fatigue.
