Pulmonology (Critical Care) - Our California client has an exciting opportunity for a Pulmonary Critical Care physician to consult and oversee a 42 bed ICU at their Medical Center (SICU, CVICU, CCU, NCCU). Our preferred candidate is BE/BC Pulmonary Critical Care, graduate of a US Medical School with an exceptional educational and practice history.ICU and Pulmonary Clinic coverage model: 10 week days/month 10 hour shifts (2 PCCM physicians on at a time)2 weekend days/month 12 hour shifts5 clinic days/month1 week on-call/month (additional call compensation)Large Multi-specialty Group of 25 physicians: 5 General/Trauma Surgeons (soon-to-be 7), 3 Cardiovascular Surgeons, 3 Gastroenterologists,5 Urologists, 3 Internists, 2 ENTs, 1 FP, 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho SurgeonCompensation package includes salary, sign-on bonus, annual bonus award, full health/life/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage, relocation expenses Critical Care compensation provided through coverage agreement with Hospital for duration of employment with groupOutpatient Pulmonary Clinic compensation guaranteed for year 1; year 2+ wRVU-based productivity modelFriendly PC model allows physicians to enjoy benefits of private practice without the stresses of managing staff, billing/collecting, etc.Group located on hospital campus of Medical Center
