American Psychiatric Associatric Assocition: Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Patients with Schizophrenia
This practice guideline was developed under the auspices of the Steering Committee on Practice Guidelines. It represents a synthesis of current scientific knowledge and rational clinical practice on the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.

Practice parameter: Early detection of dementia: Mild cognitive impairment: Report of the Quality Standards Subcommittee of the American Academy of Neurology
The recommendations presented here are based on a review of the literature. The focus of the guidelines are to improve detection of dementia in persons with signs of mild cognitive impairment. Also to determine whether screening different groups of elderly individuals in a general or specialty practice is beneficial in detecting dementia.
