Mari JDJ et al. – The authors review the available evidence on the efficacy of treatments and delivery of care strategies in LMICs. Because this evidence is limited, the authors also consider evidence from systematic reviews, meta–analyses, and key trials from high–income countries (HICs). On the basis of the review, they propose a package of care—a combination of treatments designed to improve the recognition and management of conditions to achieve optimal outcomes—for schizophrenia.
