Chronic Stress in Unani Prospective

Jahangir U et al. – Its treatment is a culmination of different regimens. The package it offers to cope with stress includes behavioral approach, art therapy, and hydrotherapy, and massage, music therapy, besides veinesection, sauna, cupping and medication. The present article deals with the regimens offered by the Unani medicine in details and their role in the management of stress related disorders.
