Simbli MA et al. – The authors report a case of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis presenting with culture–negative peritonits, which, on specific culture, grew Mycobacterium fortuitum and, on radiological evaluation, showed diagnostic features of encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis.
