Intrathoracic pressure regulation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation: a feasibility case-series
Resuscitation, 08/21/2012

These findings demonstrate that during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) circulation may be significantly augmented by generation of a negative end expiratory pressure between each breath.
