Shimada N et al. – Fovea–sparing internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling results in better visual and anatomic outcomes for the treatment of foveal retinal detachment (RD) attributable to myopic traction maculopathy. These were accomplished by reducing the development of a full–thickness macular hole (MH).
