Riber LP et al. – Postoperative prophylaxis with a high dose of oral amiodarone after an intravenous bolus infusion is a safe, practical, feasible, and effective regimen for patients with lung cancer undergoing surgery. It significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative atrial fibrillation.
