Cebula S et al. – Abnormal heart rate turbulence (HRT) distinguishes patients at risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) after myocardial infarction (MI). Own category encompassing three abnormal HRT parameters best differentiates patients at risk of MACE. Turbulence timing is a strong independent risk factor for MACE following MI.
