Coronary artery pseudoaneurysm following blunt trauma

Liu L et al. – A 42–year–old male was admitted with persistent atypical chest pain following a motorcycle accident six months previously. A pseudoaneurysm, diagnosed by transthoracic echocardiography and computed tomography, was excised and the right coronary artery underwent bypass grafting.
