Circulating Angiogenic Factors and Risk of Adverse Maternal and Perinatal Outcomes in Twin Pregnancies With Suspected Preeclampsia
Hypertension, 07/03/2012
Rana S et al. – The authors conclude that in women with twin pregnancy and suspected preeclampsia, the soluble fms–like tyrosine kinase–1/placental growth factor ratio at the time of initial evaluation is associated with subsequent adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes. These findings are similar to those in singleton pregnancies and may implicate common pathogenic pathways.
