Childhood Subdural Hemorrhage, Macrocephaly, and Coagulopathy Associated With Prader-Willi Syndrome: Case Report and Review of the Literature

Carr RB et al. – A 16–month–old girl with a history of Prader–Willi syndrome and progressive macrocephaly manifested large, bilateral, subdural hemorrhages of differing ages on magnetic resonance imaging. Subsequent evaluation revealed a deficiency of von Willebrand factor, but after repeated evaluations, no conclusive evidence of nonaccidental trauma became apparent.
