Hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum and reproductive outcome in women with unexplained infertility
Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation, 06/20/2012
Bakas P et al. – Hysteroscopic metroplasty in women with septate uterus and unexplained infertility could improve clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in patients with otherwise unexplained infertility. If such a patient is looking for a spontaneous pregnancy, this is more likely to occur during the first 15 months following the procedure.
