Zampi JD et al. – Junctional ectopic tachycardia (JET) is a common postoperative arrhythmia in infants after open heart operations. Both anatomic substrate and surgical procedure contribute to the overall risk of developing JET. Developing JET is associated with worse clinical outcomes.
