Bakhtar O et al. – Low total arterial compliance index (TACI) was linked to higher Resistant hypertension (RH) prevalence and antihypertensive TIS at first attainment of goal BP according to the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure. TACI provides prognostic information that is clinically and perhaps pathophysiologically relevant in RH.
