Bagheri SM et al. – The authors intend to describe the imaging findings of sudden cardiac arrest occurring during computed tomographic (CT) examination and also of impending cardiogenic shock in 4 patients. Despite rare reports of acute cardiac arrest occurring during or shortly after CT scan, CT features are quite characteristic. Familiarity with CT findings of these patients is essential for accurate interpretation of images, immediate initiation of resuscitation, as well as informing clinical physician in these conditions.
