Guo M et al. – Multiple treatment approaches with growth hormone (GH), glutamine (Gln), and enteral nutrition (EN) at an early stage significantly improved intestinal adaptation in pediatric patients with SBS. Furthermore, the positive effect appeared to be sustained even after GH was discontinued.
