Chan AT et al.– High–sensitivity C–reactive protein (hsCRP) may predict risk of celecoxib–associated cardiovascular toxicity but not adenoma recurrence or celecoxib treatment efficacy. Patients with low hsCRP may be a subgroup with a favorable risk–benefit profile for celecoxib chemoprevention.
