Positions open for either a Mental Health PA or NP. Two (2) years experience required.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call taken for psychiatric H&Ps only.

In Patient and Out patient work. When doing outpatient only it would include an average of 12-14 patients per day. May take call occasionally and will be reimbursed when they do.

To work with 1 child psychiatrist, 1 adult psychiatrist, 1 mental health PA, 1 mental health NP and 1 psychologist

BENEFITS INCLUDE:-25 day of earned time (of eight (8) hours each) per year. Earned time may be used for vacation, holidays, or sick leave, and the six (6) major holidays observed which are included in the 25 days per year.

Will provide full payment of the individual plan of Medical Care Insurance Plan at the $500 deductible.



Will provide three (3) days continuing medical education per year and will provide $500 per year for expenses associated with continuing medical education.

Will pay up to $1,400 per year for professional dues and subscriptions

Will provide for and pay one hundred (100%) percent of a short-term and long-term disability plan in accordance with Policy.

Will provide a $50,000 Life Insurance Policy.

Will provide up to $3,000 for moving expenses.
