Anti-MuSK- and anti-AChR-positive myasthenia gravis induced by d-penicillamine

D–penicillamine can cause anti–acetylcholine receptor (AChR) and anti–muscle–specific kinase (MuSK) antibody–positive myasthenia gravis (MG), a rare phenomenon which is reversed after discontinuation of d–penicillamine treatment.
