Karapinar B et al. – This clinical syndrome is a life–threatening disorder, which requires prompt diagnosis and aggressive treatment. We report a 14–year–old boy who was diagnosed with SPE, DVT and disseminated, community–acquired, methicillin–resistant S. aureus.
