Aquilante CL et al. – Significant progress has been made in the field of cardiovascular pharmacogenomics over the past 10 years. As a result, important pharmacogenomic literature is now available for most major cardiovascular disease states. In addition, the results of some studies have prompted inclusion of pharmacogenomic information into the package inserts of specific cardiovascular agents such as warfarin. This compilation provides annotated bibliographies of high–impact cardiovascular pharmacogenomics articles.
