American Pharmacists Association, 07/17/09
A retrospective cohort study noted that patients weighing greater than 150 kg tended to receive lower median doses of enoxaparin (Lovenox—sanofi–aventis) compared with patients who weighed less; also, obese patients who received standard enoxaparin dosing were at an increased risk of bleeding.
