Bensemain F et al. - Induction of OTC expression in AD process and a potential implication of OTC as genetic determinant of AD. This study suggests that disturbance of ammonia metabolism or NO synthesis may be potentially involved in the pathogenesis of AD and this might offer novel therapeutic approaches.
