Lindenmayer JP et al. – This article aims to examine older and newer evidence suggesting that psychostimulants may have a potential therapeutic role in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia (NSS) together with a thorough review of the potential risks and benefits of psychostimulant administration in individuals with schizophrenia. Large, controlled clinical trials to further characterize effects of psychostimulants on NSS in carefully selected patients are warranted.

Perkins KA et al. - This study aimed to evaluate whether the method would detect efficacy of bupropion and correctly identify lack of efficacy of modafinil.
