The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the constitutionality of the health care reform law (Affordable Care Act) on March. Counsel made presentations to the court on March 26 on the Tax Anti–Injunction Act issue, March 27 on the individual mandate issue, and March 28 on both the issue of severability of the individual mandate from the entire law and the Medicaid expansion issue.
