Supreme court will hear affordable care act case American Pharmacists Association News, 04/05/2012
The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the constitutionality of the health care reform law (Affordable Care Act) on March for a total of 6 hours. What those discussions will mean for pharmacy is unknown at this point, since the constitutional questions have nothing to do directly with the profession. But as the decision affects the structure and function of the health care system of the future, pharmacy will be affected somehow.
