Willis CE et al. – Although the risks inherent in pediatric projection imaging with CR and DR are low, efforts to reduce dose are worthwhile, so long as diagnostic quality is maintained. Long–standing recommendations for limiting radiation dose in pediatric projection imaging are still applicable to CR and DR.
