Zimmermann AP et al. – Histological analysis of the surgical specimens verified lymphatic malformations of the orbit. Orbital lymphatic malformations can mimic the symptoms of orbital complications of acute rhinosinusitis. The existence of lymphatic malformation should be considered in every orbital complication of rhinosinusitis in children.
