Bernhardt MB et al. – Malignant melanoma is rare in pediatrics, and therapies for patients with disseminated disease have not been well studied. This report describes this experience with the use of high–dose interleukin 2 in a 2–year–old child with metastatic melanoma and describes the approach for the administration of this agent to young patients.
