Nontuberculous Mycobacteria Infections in Immunocompromised Patients

Wei MC et al. – All of the infections were due to rapidly growing NTM. Patients were successfully treated with removal of the infected catheter and combination antibiotic therapy. There are currently no consensus guidelines for treatment of NTM infections in this population, and a therapeutic approach is presented here.
