Gopal RA et al. – Central hypothyroidism in neonates born to mothers with uncontrolled thyrotoxicosis is uncommon. The authors describe the case of an infant born with clinical and biochemical central hypothyroidism to a mother who had severe uncontrolled thyrotoxicosis. The neonate was treated with thyroxine and improved clinically.
