Eckrich MJ et al. – There are few reported cases of Hodgkin disease in children with DS, and no reported cases of successful therapy for patients with relapsed disease. The authors report on a child with DS and relapsed Hodgkin disease who was successfully treated with high–dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant.
