How can I ensure the proper delivery of my MDLinx Newsletters?

All of our newsletters come form two email addresses: newsletter@newsone.mdlinx.com and newsletter@newstwo.mdlinx.com. Make sure that these email addresses (or our domain, mdlinx.com) are on your "Safe Senders" list. If you are not receiving your email newsletter, it is generally because your ISP or mail provider is incorrectly filtering the newsletter as SPAM.

Why don't some of the links work?

Links to the outside source are good on the day we published the link but the publisher may have taken the article or information offline. Because we link out to other sites and do not control how long they keep content active we can not be responsible for content that disappears. You may see a blank page, be redirected, or get a 404 error - these are all indicative of a broken link to content that no longer exists on the web in the place where we originally found it on the day of publication.

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

The easiest way is to click the link at the bottom of your email that says - UNSUBSCRIBE. This will take you to a page so you can check the newsletters you no longer want. OR

Use your username and password to login to a specialty site. On the top menu click My Newsletters. Scroll past your current delivery list and click UNSUBSCRIBE. Check off the newsletters you no longer wish to receive and click Unsubscribe.
The change will be immediate and you will be taken to the subscribe page for that specialty site to add newsletters if you desire. You can confirm your changes by clicking My Newsletters again. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know the request was processed.
