Yilmaz MI et al. – A decline in eGFR is accompanied by gradual reductions in sTWEAK plasma levels. Because sTWEAK strongly and independently correlated with FMD, our study suggests novel links between sTWEAK and endothelial dysfunction in patients with CKD.
