Crawley BK et al. – Endoscopic sinus surgery may be safely performed by Postgraduate–Year II head–and–neck–surgery residents by means of hypotensive anesthesia techniques and image guidance. Outcome analysis demonstrates minimal blood loss, efficient operative times, and no significant complications.
