Patil SK et al. – Nonopioid analgesic regimens are beneficial in patients at risk of postoperative cognitive dysfunction attributable to opioids. Successful postoperative analgesia was achieved in the patient by alternating various routes of administration of alpha–2 adrenoreceptor agonists.
