Smith VA et al. – Synchronous Regional lymph node metastasis (RLNM) may not affect disease–specific survival (DSS) in patients head and neck (HN)–soft tissue sarcomas (STS). Node–positive patients with HN–STS appear to be unique from those with non–head and neck regions (NHN–STS).
