Cochlear nerve canal stenosis is associated with sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL), and the degree of stenosis predicted the degree of SNHL. In addition, the presence of cochlear nerve canal (CNC) stenosis with additional inner ear abnormalities may affect the severity of SNHL.
